Jose Rivero quoted in recent NY Times article

ITLA member and co-chair of the ITLA WC Committee Jose Rivero was quoted in an article in the New York Times. The long article titled “Death on the Night Shift “ was about how large companies avoid civil liability by hiding behind the exclusive remedy protection provided to them when they contract with staffing agencies to provide workers. One of the defense lawyers was quoted as saying it doesn’t matter how bad the client company is, the staffing agency provides the protective shield.
