Over the past three decades David has earned his reputation successfully fighting for seriously injured individuals before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit Court and the Illinois Appellate Court and has successfully concluded thousands of cases, whether through trial or settlement.  

David’s father started Kosin Law Office, Ltd. in 1985 and David has continued to work in the same firm after his graduation from IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1987 where he was a member of Moot Court and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law.

Besides being a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Chicago Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association and the Illinois State Bar Association, David has a keen interest in vintage automobiles and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
